Policies
- Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
- A deposit of 25% of your stay total is required to gaurantee your reservation.
- Deposit must be made within four calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be gauranteed.
- Once the deposit is received we will email you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.
- 15:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
- Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received in order for you to check-in.
- Until 11:00
- Babycots for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.
- Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
- We accept cash, bank deposits, and Western Union.
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@studiosirines.gr
- Cancellation requests received 21 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded less any banking/money transfer costs.
- Cancellation requests received less than 21 days will receive no refund.
- ‘Non-shows’ will not receive a refund.
- If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 50% of the amount for each remaining day that is unused, with a minimum charge of one nights’ stay.
- Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
- Cleaning is provided for all studios/apartments every three days.
- Towels are changed every three days.
- Linens are changed every three days.
- Pets are NOT allowed
- Smoking is striclty prohibited in all inside areas of rooms and apartments. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
